We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated individual to join us as an Order Fulfillment & Inventory Specialist. CC Brands is in Denver, CO.

The Order Fulfillment & Inventory Specialist is responsible for fulfilling and tracking orders accurately while maintaining communication with the sales team.The ideal team member will embrace the responsibility of creating invoices, shipping manifests, and RFID tags daily. Additionally, this role will include product shipping preparation, assembling marketing packages, as well as meeting with couriers for the pick-up of all orders for delivery.


$18.50 - $25.00 / hour

Role Requirements


Duties and responsibilities
  • Organizing and fulfilling sales orders from Leaflink
  • Using Metrc to track inventory and tag all products compliantly for sale
  • Creating and adjusting labels used for packages
  • Scheduling courier services for pickup and delivery
  • Communicating with the sales team on all sales order updates
  • Managing inventory of saleable products
  • Working as a team with the other members of the dept and company to achieve goals
  • Utilize computer software (word, excel, google docs, etc) for record keeping and tracking purposes
  • Generate invoices in Quick Books and applying any discounts/credits while ensuring precise accuracy in order specifics and customer information
  • Organization and filing of all manifests and invoices
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Take responsibility for picking and packing of sold product for shipment
  • Monthly inventory audits and weekly updates

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to push, pull, lift or carry up to 30 lbs
  • Must be able to work diligently in a repetitive environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers & management when necessary
  • Must have or be able to obtain an appropriate state issued MED badge



  • Detail-oriented and accurate in a fast-paced work environment
  • METRC experience preferred
  • General computing and typing skills required
  • Knowledge of basic business software (MS Office) required
  • Quickbooks experience preferred
  • Ability to package orders (up to 30lbs)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, some College preferred
  • Must be 21+ years of age
