We are actively seeking an experienced sales professional who is organized, self-motivated, and can help us achieve our goals. This professional will be responsible for the development of new accounts and implementation of account-specific sales strategies to achieve sales growth in accordance with company objectives.


$65,000.00 - $105,000.00 / year

Working Environment

The job is full-time, on-site, with some outside sales/in-field work.


Role Requirements


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective accounts, existing account decision makers, and other key industry personnel.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to deepen account relationships through activations and sponsored events.
  • Represent the company and its products with high character, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with fulfillment and distribution teams to ensure accounts receive exceptional service.
  • Update and maintain client data, sales orders, and accounts.
  • Relay customer feedback to internal departments for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance visual merchandising and maximize presence at point of sale.
  • Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends to adapt our sales strategy.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve quota and objectives.

Physical Requirements


  • Familiarity with the cannabis regulatory environment in New Jersey.
  • A proven track record of developing strategic B2B sales plans that met or exceeded performance targets.
  • Strong communication and team management skills with the ability to work with little supervision.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong analytical and organizational skills.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or proven work experience as a sales leader or similar role, preferably within the cannabis industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
