The Kind Castle is an expanding cannabis company seeking versatile, organized teammates who have a passion for the cannabis industry and the ambition to help our company expand. We are currently looking for experienced budtenders and front desk people who exhibit a thirst for knowledge and the necessary drive to not only allow for the growth of The Kind Castle but also your personal and professional development within our organization. Currently we are looking to fill both full-time and part-time (evenings & weekends) positions.

To be considered for our team, applicants must possess the following:

• Colorado MED Badge
• Industry experience, METRC & MED knowledge
• Familiarity with ALL compliance regulations set forth by the state of Colorado in regards to recreational marijuana
• Flowhub (or POS) experience
• 1 year budtending experience
• Extraordinary customer service & ability to cultivate/maintain long-term customer relationships
• A high level of versatility & the capacity to work in a team environment

• Cash handling skills
• Passion for all things cannabis
• Strong work ethic. Professional, positive attitude

• Weekend/morning/evening availability
