Account Sales Executive in the Cannabis Accessories Industry
Fort Lauderdale, FL / Full-time
Pay: $40k-$60k Base + Commission

Your Role:
As a Vessel Sales Executive, you’ll shape the future of cannabis hardware sales. Working closely with the VP of Sales, you’ll be the driving force behind acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing ones throughout the country. Your primary mission? Achieving sales growth in line with our company’s revenue objectives.
You’ll be tasked with expanding our client base and executing tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth in alignment with our corporate objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position, with opportunities for fieldwork to connect with clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sales Mastery: Generate revenue by acquiring new accounts and managing existing ones.
- Strategic Partner: Collaborating with our leadership team to craft and execute a powerful sales strategy.
- Goal-Oriented: Set and monitor clear sales objectives.
- Relationship Builder: Forge strong ties with potential and current clients, as well as industry influencers.
- Marketing Maestro: Leverage marketing resources for maximum impact.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Vessel with utmost professionalism.
- Team Player: Collaborate closely with our fulfillment and distribution teams.
- Organized Pro: Maintain accurate sales records and client data.
- Voice of the Customer: Share valuable feedback with internal departments.
- Visual Wizard: Optimize product placement and visibility.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years of successful sales experience.
- Exceptional people skills and emotional intelligence.
- Expertise in persuasion, negotiation, and active listening.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Unwavering integrity and moral code.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel and visit accounts.
- CRM experience is a plus.
