Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to our Sales Manager
  • Manage data entry, communications, and calendars
  • Collaborate with teams and assist in project management
  • Ensure accurate sales records and customer data
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Work on-site at our Fort Lauderdale office

Sales Admin Responsibilities:

  • Audit sales orders for pricing, quantities, and discounts
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Maintaining KPI, monthly sales reports, and targets
  • Handle returns, tracking, and reporting
  • Communicate with clients (inbound/outbound) and assist with inquiries
  • Monitor and report on sales team activities
  • Update the Sales Leader Month-To-Date Activity Board
  • Assist in performance management and planning
  • Manage CRM software and sales tracking tools: Shopify, Shipstation, and internal systems
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team
  • Coordinated with logistics for timely deliveries

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
