We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Budtender to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products and educating them on the various strains and their effects. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary, accurately processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations.

Space Flyt is a fast-growing Cannabis Processing, Manufacturing and Distribution Company presently based in Los Angeles, California.

• Assist the Dispensary Manager in the operational requirements of the dispensary. • Help ensure the safe, secure and courteous operation of the dispensary, while setting and maintaining appropriate inventory levels and stock quantities. • Keep up-to-date on new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends. • Advise customers on product features and benefits, while educating them on the safe use of their selected cannabis products. • Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system. • Handle cash and process card transactions. • Attend to the shipping and delivery of orders from dispensary to off-site customers. • Help keep dispensary operational costs within budget. • Ensure adherence to established Corporate and Regulatory policies and procedures. • Help maintain and store records and forms in an organized filing system. • Assist with labeling and any other tasks, as needed.

• One year of experience working at a Cannabis Dispensary. • One year of experience in Cannabis Product Shipping and Delivery. • Good general knowledge of use of medicinal marijuana and related products. Clear understanding of the Cannabis space and industry trends. • Exceptional retail sales and customer service skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Must have a positive attitude, be a great team player and be open to constructive criticism. • Must be trustworthy, dependable and accountable for own actions. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

• High School diploma or equivalent. • Must be age 21 or over - California residency with valid ID is required.
