Role Requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the micro-dispensary, ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Manage and optimize the delivery service, including supervising the driving team, to provide a seamless and secure delivery experience for our customers.
- In partnership with executive leadership, develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and expand the delivery service.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge about products, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
- Manage inventory levels, product selection, and vendor relationships to optimize the dispensary's product offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, events, and community outreach initiatives.
Physical Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, military service experience, or equivalent managerial experience preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Passion for the cannabis industry and a dedication to community development.
Must reside within a 1-hour driving distance of the dispensary location.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a role within the retail cannabis industry (medical or recreational).
In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry regulations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Experience overseeing a delivery service and managing a driving team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
Understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis dispensaries in New Jersey.
Must be able to qualify for NJ State cannabis sales licesnsure.
