Summary
Brand Ambassadors will work on a part-time basis, typically traveling no more than a 75 mile radius of their home address, unless otherwise needed. BA’s are expected to work up to 28 hours per week based on availability, earning $20/hr+ and gas card provided (for assigned shifts and travel). Must be 21+ years old to apply.

This is a contract ( 1099 ), position. Events primarily take place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Role Requirements
Responsibilities
Increase brand awareness, sales, engage retail staff + help build the Toast brand
Always represent Toast in a positive and professional manner
Support Vendor Days + Other Industry Events
In-Store Merchandising
Provide Budtender Training + Consumer Education
Support + Build Community Relationships
Provide Detailed Recap + Post-Event Reports for Sales + Marketing Teams
Become a TOAST SME (Subject-matter-expert)
Manage Inventory
Other Duties as Needed

Physical Requirements
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds between events
Experience
Must be aged 21 or older
1+ year Restaurants, retail, customer service, event experience preferred
Must have reliable source of transportation (car, truck, van, no scooters, bikes)
Ability to travel within your market using your own vehicle and have a valid driver’s license
Must have your own laptop and have working knowledge of Google/Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and applicable systems
Cannabis retailer badge requirements must be met for each market assigned
Excellent listening skills and follow-through
Exceptional communication and time management skills
Punctual + Track Record of Good Attendance
Ability to work evenings and weekends
MUST live in the listing area - this is not a position that can be relocated to, or done remotely
Travel to multiple locations as required. Travel could reach 100% at times.
Education
- High School Degree or Equivalent, College Degree Preferred
