What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the products offered both in-store and upon delivery.
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate department as needed.
• Safely transport cannabis products to customers' designated locations within the specified timeframe.
• Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery, ensuring that all products are accounted for
• Ensure the company vehicle used for deliveries is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
• Perform routine vehicle checks to identify and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local and state cannabis regulations to ensure compliance.
• Verify customer identification and ensure that deliveries are made only to individuals of legal age.
• Keep accurate records of each delivery, including customer information and delivery details.
• Comfortable working retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
