ROLE SUMMARY :

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project & Operational Oversight : Ensures aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Resource Management: Allocates and manages technical resources, including development teams and IT infrastructure.
  • Risk Management : Identifies, assesses, and mitigates operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Maintains clear communication with stakeholders & senior managemnet within the organization regarding project status, technical issues, and resource needs, and solutions.
  • Process Management : Oversees the technical processes and methodologies used in development, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Problem Solving: identify, assesses, and mitigates operational issues.
  • Documentation: Responsible for operational and project documentation.
  • Lead vision and strategy for the eCommerce/Digital Business Analyst Function
  • Lead Strategy Consolidation for Office of the CTO
  • Team Leadership: Leads and manages the Business Analyst, and Delivery teams and functions.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure effective integration of third-party solutions.
  • Meet and build strong relationships with stakeholders and align to current or new product owners, keeping a good information flow, and/or to remove blockers
  • Adapts to meet changing priorities and tasks to accomplish goals/objectives.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Supervision and management experience along with strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and direct individuals and teams
  • Provide guidance to solution delivery teams in best practice Agile delivery of software and technical components of Trulieve's application platforms
  • Requires independent judgment with analytical skills in formulating decisions concerning different problems with different solutions
  • Display a high degree of inquisitiveness and an eagerness to learn at a detailed and abstract level
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong business sense to capture and fulfill the business requirements for all products and articulate in an architecture model
  • Knowledge of eCommerce applications and technology with the elements that make up Trulieve's application environment.
  • Must be highly service oriented, tactful in approach when dealing with users and results oriented
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities and multi-task

Required Qualifications :

  • Experience delivering small, medium, and large scale website applicaiton delivery products and programs.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, web technologies, and digital trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in Product Management, Product Delivery in a B2B/ B2C - e-commerce or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
