Position Responsibilities:

  • Daily Website Maintenance: Ensure all website information is current and accurate through regular updates.
  • Routine Web Maintenance: Address any operational issues promptly to maintain smooth website functionality.
  • Project Management: Lead large-scale web development projects, aligning with our business objectives.
  • E-Commerce Oversight: Manage the e-commerce aspects to enhance user experience and drive sales.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze website analytics for insights into user behavior and site performance.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work with marketing, IT, creative, and analytics departments for a unified web strategy.

Preferred Software/Platform Experience:

  • Content Management Systems: Proficiency with Enterprise CMS. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred but not required.
  • Coding Languages: Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Familiarity with using AEM, Photoshop, and Adobe Commerce.
  • Google Suite Tools: Proficient with Google Analytics, GTM, GMB, Search Console, and Measurement tools.
  • SEO: Experienced in SEO best practices.
  • E-commerce Platforms: Knowledge of Adobe Commerce preferred but not required.
  • Heatmapping Software: Ability to use heatmapping for user interaction analysis.
  • Artificial Intelligence: Familiar with AI for content personalization and customer experience enhancement.
  • Marketing Insights: Skilled in deriving marketing insights from web analytics to inform content strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Web Best Practices: Knowledgeable in web best practices.
  • CMS Management Experience: 2-3 years of CMS management required.
  • SEO and E-Commerce: Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce.
  • Web Accessibility: Familiar with web accessibility best practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Must possess strong organizational skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving capabilities are necessary.
  • Cross-Collaboration: Must be experienced in working within cross-functional teams.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Should understand multi-channel marketing.
