• Collaborates with Senior leadership to develop projects related to Rooted in Good initiatives.
• Executes vision and strategy
• Maintain master project plan; develop timelines and schedules, identify resources and best practices, develop processes and procedures to successfully manage and track the project to ensure deliverables are met
• Support the development of supplier diversity program by conducting training sessions and capacity building
• Write communication materials by coordinating with internal teams and external strategic social partners on content and details regarding program integration initiatives
• Perform comprehensive analysis and creates and maintains benchmark reporting on Rooted in Good initiatives
• Create, maintain and strengthen relationships with nonprofit, government, and industry stakeholders

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in sustainability and CSR/ESG or similar fields, preferably with a cannabis background
• High energy and a proven experience in corporate social responsibility
• Ability to absorb high volume of information from a variety of sources and to synthesize the key elements
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage up and across a broad range of relationships with discernment
• Possess superb judgment, impeccable integrity, and the maturity to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
• Strong program management and organizational skills, including the ability to create work plans and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, knowing how to prioritize and adjust timetables based on demand and other circumstances
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage communication across multiple levels of the organization
• Robust experience with data analytics and research
• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent additional years of experience is required
