Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager in Los Angeles. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our retail partners, driving sales, and promoting brand awareness in the local market.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the face of the EUREKA brand, exuding passion and enthusiasm
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners in the Los Angeles area.
  • Educate retail staff on EUREKA products, including features, benefits, and selling points.
  • Implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute promotional activities and events.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Set up and dismantle event displays and equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.

Requirements:

  • Must possess reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends (if needed).
  • Genuine interest in the cannabis industry and a strong desire to educate others.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
