- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, or similar degree required
- 2-3 years of related experience in Human Resources, including facilitating staff and/or professional development education.
- Experience applying adult learning principles.
- Certification in psychometric tools such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (M.B.T.I.), Clifton Strengths or DiSC, preferred.
- Strong research, planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in communicating effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
This role involves extensive travel, approximately 80% of the time
