Role Summary:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage IT projects, including scoping, plan creation, estimating, status reporting and risk management
Lead Sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives
Create, manage, and report on IT project roadmaps
Plan, lead, and coordinate cross-functional team activities to manage and implement projects from initiation to final operational stage, including contingency planning
Manage communications of key project milestones, risks, and releases with internal stakeholders, including executive level leadership
Ensure compliance with company policies for governmental and local laws and regulations
Deliver projects with awareness of IT compliance requirements for Sarbanes-Oxley
Work with change management and training resources to ensure employees impacted by projects are ready and will adopt changes introduced
Develop thorough understanding of the Trulieve business to apply business knowledge/strategy to our prioritization and project approach
Assist with vendor management, including vendor selection, SOW creation, and budget tracking
Assist with maturing the PMO standards and processes, including template creation/updates, portfolio reporting, resource balancing, and prioritization processes
Limited domestic travel possible

Working Conditions:

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

6+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of IT project management
Experience managing large, enterprise-wide projects
Ability and desire to thrive in a high-pressure environment
Experience creating project management and PMO artifacts such as project plans, project budgets, executive briefs, portfolio roadmaps, and other related documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Rock solid organizational skills
Self-motivated, continuous improvement mindset and can work with minimal direction
Experience in an Agile Scrum environment
Proactive personality who will drive results with strong customer service focus
Experience with SAP and Magento preferred
