you'll make a difference

:

• Familiarizing yourself with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
• Working closely with sales and marketing staff to facilitate and execute sales & marketing and outreach events (generally 1-2 per day involving setting up tables, setting up displays, handing out flyers and educational materials, which may include standing for 3+ hours at a time, etc.
• Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
• Creating website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Building rapport with customers and vendors.
• Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.
• Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
• Representing the company in dispensaries, at product launches, events, and trade shows.
• Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
• Always Maintaining a positive image of the brand.
• Other duties as assigned and required.

Skills to be Successful

:

• Prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Marketing or related field.
• Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle with ability to travel with mileage reimbursement daily.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Must have good track record of attendance.
• Ability to maintain professional appearance at all company events.
• Extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for a distance of 100 feet.
• This position requires occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.
