Summary

  • Track all outgoing and incoming test data for all products.
  • Enter data into Metrc, an ERP system (inventory control system), and excel spreadsheets.
  • Ensure all outgoing test samples are ready for lab pick-up prior to 10am
  • Assist with outgoing test samples to ensure lab results are returned in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all outgoing test sample's turnaround times are correct per test samples.
  • Assist with incoming test results to ensure results are entered into the inventory tracking system and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with laboratories for sample pickups, test sample turn around needs, and problem solving as needed.
  • Perform office organization and record maintenance duties as needed.
  • Assist with filing compliance documents for the MIP (manufacturing facility)
  • All other tasks and job duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must maintain current knowledge of and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED); Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and TGS Management
  • Excellent computer, mathematics, language, and reasoning skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel and Dutchie preferred.
  • At least one year of experience with the METRC seed-to-sale tracking system Extremely detailed oriented
  • Ability to work with other divisions to ensure all compliance is adhered to
  • Ability to communicate with business etiquette, with all levels of co-workers.
  • Able to execute large data entry, with minimal errors.
  • Experience data mining and creating reports.
  • Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
  • Excellent influential, collaborative, and relationship building skills.
  • High level attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with shifting workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Colorado marijuana laws, MED regulations, and CDPHE requirements; Previous marijuana industry experience preferred with priority given to candidates with experience in CO licensed facilities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with current versions.
  • Must be able to individually lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for long periods of time **Reasonable accommodation(s) may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions**
  • Must be able to work in an office environment with moderate to loud noise level.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule if requested to work overtime, as business demand requires.
  • Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to acquire MED Support badge ($100 Fee to State of CO) prior to beginning employment Travel Requirements
  • Occasionally requires local travel, as needed.
