Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day configuration, testing, and execution of email marketing communications to RISE customers, patients, and rewards members in 6 - 7 key markets.
- Lead weekly calls with Regional Marketing Managers and local buying teams to understand market priorities, develop content calendars, and review program performance.
- Use Monday.com to manage projects, collaborate with internal creative teams, and provide guidance and feedback on written and designed email assets.
- Collaborate with Merchandising Specialists and Website Manager to ensure cross-channel coordination on national marketing initiatives and market-level promotions.
- Provide regular performance reports to internal and external partners that include data on email opens, clicks, conversion rates, sales, unsubscribes, and more.
- Contribute to quarterly CRM reports and provide detailed, data-driven insights on performance and recommended optimizations in your respective markets.
- Support various strategic programs via one-time and automated email campaigns across the customer lifecycle including promotional, welcome, win-back, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and more.
- Act as liaison between the CRM team and brand stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of Email Marketing experience (retail category experience preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills. This role is highly collaborative with both internal and external partners, so we're looking for a passionate and agile relationship builder. Someone with experience in account management or client management would be a plus!
- Must have hands-on email service provider experience and be proficient in building marketing campaigns and workflows within HubSpot, MailChimp, Email Studio, or equivalent
- Basic understanding of audience segmentation and basic email marketing KPIs such as open rate, click rate, unsubscribes, bounces, etc.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and proofreading processes.
- Passion for data and focus on business KPIs, to effectively prioritize projects based on potential business impact
- Strong organizational and time management skills to support juggling day-to-day responsibilities with longer-term projects and urgent projects as-needed. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role.
- Understanding of privacy laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA and other email/SMS compliance regulations a plus.
- Knowledge of Canva, HTML & SQL is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry a plus, but not required.

- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must possess valid driver's license
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be approved b y state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
