  • Authorize purchase orders, and negotiate materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor supplier performance, inspect the quality of purchased items, and resolve issues and concerns.
  • Collect and source products for various departments while researching cost-saving options.
  • Coordinate with management on departmental needs.
  • Ensure timely receipt of items and track information as required.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate inventory and procurement records.
  • Support Cultivation Operations with data input and management.
  • Develop reports to track and aid in cultivation success.
  • Handle clerical responsibilities such as inputting, organizing, and filing invoices/receipts, and producing purchase orders for cultivation purchases.
  • Manage monthly inventory counts and complete accurate summary reports.
  • Assist the cultivation team with administrative needs.
  • Learn and understand seed-to-sale tracking software and export/organize data.
  • Manage facility visitors and coordinate schedules with key staff.
  • Lead tours through the facility as needed.
  • Ensure cultivation logs are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Assist with employee engagement functions as needed.
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned.


  • Age 21 or over
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Purchasing, supplies or as a buyer.
  • Proficient Computer skills (i.e. Google docs, MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work collaboratively, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
  • Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail
  • Prior experience in the Cannabis Industry
  • Associates degree in related field Bachelor Degree preferred.


  • The ability to lift 30 pounds regularly.
  • The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
  • The ability to be able to be in constant standing/moving position.
  • The ability to perform various physical activities, including lifting, standing, and squatting.
  • The ability to work in extreme weather.
