:

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory of all Cannabis products by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State of Illinois.
  • Track sale of all products as they leave the facility.
  • Ensure tracking logs for Inventory is accurately documented.
  • Conducts regular duties in a manner that demonstrates clear understanding and the importance of inventory controls.
  • Properly maintains their area in BioTrack & sales platform as product enters and exits department.
  • Immediately report any discrepancies to the Inventory Lead, escalating to the Inventory Manager for further action if it cannot be resolved within a 24-hour period.
  • Timely and accurately completes order fulfillment, labeling and packing according to lead and/or manager direction.
  • Performs quality checks on all orders prior to final delivery.
  • Assist in monitoring BioTrack across the facility for discrepancies & reporting them to the Inventory Lead.
  • May support other departments when need arises.
  • Other duties as needed.

Skills to be Successful

:

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically with Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of computer and office equipment and programs
  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to effectively plan and prioritize.
  • Extensive math skills required for inventory, projections, measurements, calculations.
  • Skill in managing physical resources (budgeting, inventories, equipment, materials)
  • Ability to focus, Strong attention to detail.
