Summary

We are looking for a director to help us grow our business to the next level.

The qualified candidate will be afforded the following opportunities:

Job is based in our corporate office, prospecting by phone, email and social. Limited travel.

About Canna World Market

We are a retailer, manufacturer, wholesaler and franchisor of high quality CBD products. All of our products are 3rd party lab tested for potency and purity and made with organic hemp grown in Colorado.

We manufacture CBD tinctures and topicals under our Happy Planet and Sunnyville Farm brands at our headquarters in beautiful Lakewood Colorado. These products are available for wholesale purchase and can also be white labeled to fit your specific brand.

We currently have 4 retail locations in Colorado and are looking to expand our footprint nationally through our license agreement program.

Role Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day operations for 2 retail locations, online store and wholesale accounts.

  • Develop local store marketing programs to increase retail revenue and foot traffic

  • Manage loyalty rewards programs and generate email sales support blasts

  • Ability to generate new wholesale and white label accounts.

  • Support existing accounts and develop lasting beneficial relationships.

  • Design plans to meet sales targets.

  • Create Sales materials for prospecting by phone, email, social media and events.

  • Identify growth opportunities for new health and wellness products.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 25 lbs., sit for up to 8 hours

Experience

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

  • Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales and profit objectives.

  • Contributed to the significant growth and success of an organization.

  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership ability, team management and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of the CBD/Hemp industry is preferred but we will train the right individual
