Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager at Satori, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. This position requires a results-driven professional with a strong background in marketing, a creative mindset, and a passion for the cannabis industry.

Role Requirements


Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

·       Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

·       Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Brand Development:

·       Drive the development and evolution of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand integrity in all communications.

·       Ensure Satori products are displayed in dispensaries with the Satori name and logo visible.

Campaign Management: 

·       Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.

·       Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for maximum effectiveness.

Content Creation:

·       Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various platforms.

·       Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and copy.

Digital Marketing:

·       Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

·       Stay updated on industry trends and leverage digital platforms to reach target audiences.

Event Coordination:

·       Plan and coordinate events, sponsorships, and activations to enhance brand visibility.

·       Collaborate with partners and vendors to maximize event success.

Budget Management:

·       Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies.

·       Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance.

Team Leadership:

·       Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

·       Provide guidance on individual projects and professional development.

Skills & Qualifications:

·       Must be 21 years of age or older.

·       Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check in accordance with the Cannabis Control Board.

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

·       Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the cannabis industry.

·       Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand development, and digital marketing.

·       Creative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics.

·       Familiarity with cannabis regulations and industry trends is advantageous.
