Travel Required (% of time): Majority of the time, 80% or greater.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborates with the Wholesale Sales and Marketing teams to help develop and execute sales strategies and
  • campaigns.
  • Educates customers, retailers, and distributors about our products and champions our online training platform.
  • Tracks material supplies and notifies the Wholesale Sales team of current inventory levels and future orders.
  • Participates in trade shows and other industry-related event attendance, where support may be required.
  • Collaborates with Logistics and Transport to provide dispensaries with delivery documents minimally 24-48 hours in advance of their scheduled deliveries.
  • Assists the Wholesale Sales Manager and Coordinators with building rapport with customers and vendors.
  • Monitors customer feedback and potential escalating issues and/or complaints on customer service.
  • Tracks customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
  • Represents the company in full compliance with both state and company policies and regulations, at grand openings, product launches, and events.
  • Brainstorms ideas and participates in training and workshops.
  • Works closely with the Wholesale Sales team to help update dispensary profiles and sales operation data entry.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Wholesale Sales Manager.


Basic Qualifications:

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced client-service intensive industry - hospitality and retail backgrounds - preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience required.

  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to travel with reliable transportation.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Use of hand dexterity for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably
  • Ability to squat, kneel, twist and bend comfortably
