Summary
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Recruit, hire, train and coach sales representatives to attain their highest potential
- Meet or exceed annual sales goal
- Monitor Sales Executives daily, weekly, and monthly activities
- Attend appointments weekly with Sales representatives
- Manage the work schedules of Inside Sales Staff
- Conduct weekly one on one meetings with Sales representatives to review sales activity
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects with our CRM system
- Continually create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas, and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities
- Mentor Sales representatives to become future sales leaders
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in business, management or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in sales
- Cannabis industry experience highly preferred
- Proficient at Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks
- Frequently sitting and standing
- Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally Twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule; May be requested to work additional time, as business demands require
- An environment with moderate to loud noise level
