  • Develop and implement marketing strategy for the entire East Region covering Wholesale, Retail, Digital, Media, CRM, Creative
  • Lead trade marketing strategy, working closely with the sales teams on account and event activation
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute national and regional marketing initiatives
  • Partner with national marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans for with objectives, strategies, and tactics to support market growth objectives driven by analytical insights
  • Partner with national media team to place strategic regional media buys
  • Develop strategies and action plans for retail, wholesale, and digital marketing including events, partner collaborations and deliver results
  • Work cross functionally to build a differentiated product road map and deliver best in class marketing to launch and support those products
  • Develop strong plans that support state revenue targets
  • Maintain knowledge of the consumer, market, and trends in order to develop data backed business and consumer insights
  • Identify opportunities in the marketplace through competitive insights, community engagements and strategic partnerships
  • Responsible for adhering to and strategizing against marketing budget
  • KPIS primarily by the success of patient/customer growth, meeting revenue targets, expanding patient/ customer product mix portfolio
  • Responsible for the strategy and implementation of Wholesale/Trade/Customer Marketing programs that meet the growth objectives of Curaleaf brands, with a strong emphasis on driving brand awareness and conversion in the region.
  • Collaborate with core marketing teams on campaign concept, messaging, content, creativity, promotion, and optimization to ensure the effectiveness of regional programs
  • 10 -12 years of experience in Consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and Marketing, ideally in Trade Marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of independence and resilience.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills to manage project timelines and cross functional teams with excellence in execution with strong attention to details.
  • Strong analytical skills in using data to make sound recommendations affecting business decisions and results.
