- Embraces and effectively communicates NYCANNA's mission, vision, and goals.
- Help maintain a positive image of the NYCANNA brand(s).
- Collaborates with the Wholesale Sales and Marketing teams to help develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Educates customers, retailers, and distributors about our products and champions our online training platform.
- Tracks marketing material supplies and notifies the Wholesale Sales team of current inventory levels and future orders.
- Participates in trade shows and other industry-related event attendance, where support may be required.
- Collaborates with Logistics and Transport to provide dispensaries with delivery documents minimally 24-48 hours in advance of their scheduled deliveries.
- Assists the Wholesale Sales Manager and Coordinators with building rapport with customers and vendors.
- Monitors customer feedback and potential escalating issues and/or complaints on customer service.
- Tracks customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
- Represents the company in full compliance with both state and company policies and regulations, at grand openings, product launches, and events.
- Brainstorms ideas and participates in training and workshops.
- Works closely with the Wholesale Sales team to help update dispensary profiles and sales operation data entry.
- Other duties as assigned by the Wholesale Sales Manager.
Skills to be Successful (minimum qualifications) :
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of sales support experience required.
- 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced client-service intensive industry - hospitality and retail backgrounds - preferred
- Industry experience preferred
Additional Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a sales/ support environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and detail oriented
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to travel with reliable transportation.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Use of hand dexterity for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably
- Ability to squat, kneel, twist and bend comfortably
