:
- Source and screen candidates' resumes/job applications via the ATS and other platforms.
- Phone screen candidates and coordinate interviews then with hiring manager(s)
- Utilize databases, internal application page, job boards, social media, etc. to source and recruit candidates
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Collaborate with HR partners on high volume hiring, hard-to-fill positions, hiring events.
- Maintain and update job requisitions in the ATS - (Closing them out when a job is filled, sending turn down emails to applicants who weren't selected, etc)
- Helps build pipeline for future roles.
Skills to be Successful
:
- Minimum of 3-5+ years' experience in high volume recruiting
- Cannabis, Retail, or Wholesale industry highly preferred
- Prior high volume recruitment experience for hourly positions
- Positive relationship management skills
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent technical skills; strong knowledge of applicant tracking technology and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
