:
- Familiarizing yourself with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
- Working closely with sales and marketing staff to facilitate and execute sales & marketing and outreach events (generally 1-2 per day involving setting up tables, setting up displays, handing out flyers and educational materials, which may include standing for 3+ hours at a time, etc.
- Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
- Creating website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Building rapport with customers and vendors.
- Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.
- Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
- Representing the company in dispensaries, at product launches, events, and trade shows.
- Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
- Always Maintaining a positive image of the brand.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Skills to be Successful
:
- Prior experience in a customer service environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Marketing or related field.
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle with ability to travel with mileage reimbursement daily.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Must have good track record of attendance.
- Ability to maintain professional appearance at all company events.
- Extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for a distance of 100 feet.
- This position requires occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Must be able to work quickly but efficiently, while maintaining the integrity of the product.
- Light to moderate lifting of up to 50 lbs; heavier weights with assistance.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Repetitive motions and understanding of lab equipment.
- Must wear company-provided lab coats, hair/beard nets, gloves, surgical masks and safety glasses/ goggles/ splash shield, while working in the lab.
- Must adhere to facility general hygiene requirements.
- Capacity to stay focused on the task at hand.
