The Role
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the growth of our Salesforce org, supporting 100+ users
- Coach, grow, and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers
- Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with LeafLink's goals
- Partner with members of RevOps, Marketing Operations, Product, and Engineering to plan and prioritize projects
- Own delivery of work as it relates to Salesforce initiatives
- Measure and report on the impact of features on business process efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure the team is up to date on the newest Salesforce features and that LeafLink's Salesforce is at the leading edge
- Define and implement standards and policies for Salesforce development and administration.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- A leader with 5+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce teams and delivering complex projects
- Preference for background in CPQ or revenue management in a SaaS environment
- Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design scalable and integrated Salesforce solutions
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in the cannabis or highly regulated industries is a bonus but not required
