Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with customers at events, trade shows, and promotional activities to promote our product
  • Conduct market research and data collection to understand consumer preferences and trends
  • Presents summarized information; makes recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating product features and benefits through education and talking points
  • Conduct product educations to showcase key features and drive sales
  • Post on social media to promote events, pop ups and products
  • Assist in event marketing activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Responsible for providing a recap with photos to our Field Marketing Manager
  • Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs
  • Manages in-store merchandising
  • Set up and break down of vendor day equipment such as event tables and pop-up banners and other collateral.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in sales or service industries preferred
  • Must be passionate about cannabis
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 21 aged or older
  • Ability to confidently engage in public speaking engagements
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Experience in conducting product demos is a plus
  • Social Media Engagement and Promotion
  • Commit to three, three-hour pop ups per week preferred
  • Find new locations for pop up educations, such as on campus
  • Plan, promote and maintain weekly schedule
  • Include follow up notes in HubSpot (CRM platform)
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Exceptional listening and persuasion skills
  • Ability to prepare and execute meetings and presentations
  • Customer focused mentality to service needs and resolve issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to relate with customers, vendors and other levels of the organization effectively
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed sales/revenue goals
  • Must have a valid Driver's License, ability to easily travel within 30-minute radius

  • All candidates must be ready, willing, and able to work a fully flexible work schedule to include days, nights, and weekends to meet fluctuating business demands based on the needs of the individual department.
