Sales Associate responsibilities are:
- Providing excellent customer/sales service
- Providing customers with required product knowledge information
- Greeting customers politely upon entry
- Working hard to drive in sales (monthly budget goals, ADT, UPT)
- Seeking out prospective customers (sign-up for ever green rewards program)
- Being knowledgeable about the products/services
- Communicating with team members
- Suggesting ideas on how to improve sales
Sales Associate requirements are:
- Experience as a Sales Associate or any related area
- Good understanding of sales and customer service
- Able to communicate well with customers
- Good at math
- Experience with POS transactions (Lightspeed)
- Flexible with working hours
- Customer-friendly
- High school diploma
