Budtender Needed

We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic person to join our great staff at a small, locally owned & operated Colorado cannabis company! DANK is one of the oldest dispensaries in Colorado, opening in 2009 to serve medical patients and incorporated recreational sales in 2014. Located in the heart of Park Hill, we really get to know the locals of our community as well as serve an array of guests from around the world. We take pride in delivering impeccable customer service to everyone that visits. Full time position consists of 32-40 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers by greeting them and offering helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance
• Represent the brand in a positive and compliant manner while providing excellent customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial, must maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Work with the Manager and Assistant manager to maintain and organize inventory
• Stay current on product and cannabis-related information and communicate this to the patients
• Enter customer and order information into the POS system, process payment, and finalize orders
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as local regulations
• Answer questions and provide guidance on cannabis products and local restrictions
• Keep all areas of the store clean and clutter-free throughout the day
• Uphold a positive attitude with customers and staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a valid Colorado MED Badge
• Knowledge & passion for cannabis
• Requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate professionally in person or over the telephone in order to effectively explain all variations of cannabis products to guests
• Excellent computer skills working within a POS system as well as a cash register and payment processing systems
• Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach and move about the store with the ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs
• Attention to detail
• Flexible schedule
• Budtending experience preferred, but not required
