JOB SUMMARY

CORE JOB DUTIES

Appropriately applying labels to all products for shipment. Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods.
Confirming products' unit counts and labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers.
Staging, packing, and sealing all finished orders for delivery
Weighing and recording packages gross weight prior to shipment

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
Well organized and ability to keep deadlines
Works well with all peers
Effective communication skills
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
General computer knowledge
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to torso level is necessary
