About the Role:

What You'll Do:

• Leverage data analysis and spreadsheet management to resolve issues and enhance collaboration with internal and external partners
• Proactively manage customer portals and daily communications from initial contact to closure, ensuring follow-up on commitments, consistent touchpoints, and alignment with past-due goals and company standards
• Promptly alert internal teams to collection escalations and recommend credit holds or write-offs
• Continuously enhance payment processing solutions for diverse customer payment types, including ACH, remittance formats, and payment cards

What You'll Bring:

• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, and collections
• You excel in advanced Excel skills, complemented by strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• You possess exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills, all while maintaining a customer-focused approach in your collection efforts
• You exhibit keen attention to detail while effortlessly managing multiple projects
