Type of Work: Full-Time Starting Pay Rate: $19.50/hr. Shift Availability: Must have open availability, weekends, nights, holidays. Location: 755 Skokie Blvd, Northbrook, IL 60062

What You'll Do:

Who You Are:

• Sales driven and goal focused.
• Experienced in coaching, training, and mentoring Sales Associates.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a retail environment, or 6 months of experience for Curaleaf Team Members
• A great multitasker with impeccable decision-making skills.
• Excellent in communicating effectively with team members and guests.
• Someone who takes initiative and is a team player.
• You have strong experience and attention to detail in cash handling and POS operations.
• You are willing to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• You must be accurate with counts and must be proficient with basic math skills.
