What You'll Do:
- Support a senior executive with streamlined calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination
- Act as a liaison between senior management and stakeholders, drafting and editing communications, as well as preparing reports and presentations for executive review
- Manage confidential information with discretion while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and resources to ensure seamless daily operations while assisting in the preparation and distribution of meeting materials and agendas
- Proactively address and resolve administrative issues, anticipating challenges and implementing efficient solutions to streamline processes
- Play a key role in the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings, bringing enthusiasm and creativity to every aspect of the process
- Support project teams by coordinating meetings, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance communication
- Act as the first point of contact by managing incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and responding or redirecting as needed
What You'll Bring:
- You possess proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, ideally thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- You have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, effective multitasking abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
