This role combines direct sales with managing listings and outreach via the Nabis wholesale platform. As a representative, you’ll work independently in your exclusive territory, representing sustainable, eco-friendly cannabis products from brands committed to quality and environmental responsibility.•    Build and maintain relationships with dispensaries and cannabis retailers in your territory (North, Central, or South California).

Working Environment

  •    This role is remote, with travel required to dispensaries and events within your assigned territory.

    •    Flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed for promotional events or client meetings.

    •    Independent work environment with full support from the management and marketing teams.

Compensation:

    •    Commission-Based Pay: Earn 10–20% per sale with uncapped potential.

    •    Exclusive sales territory to maximize your success.

    •    Full marketing support, including samples, training, and promotional materials.

Territories Available:

    •    Northern California: Covering major markets like the Bay Area, Sacramento, and rural Northern counties.

    •    Central California: Covering markets from the Central Coast to the Central Valley.

    •    Southern California: Covering markets in Los Angeles, San Diego, and surrounding regions.

Role Requirements

Responsibilities

    •    Promote and sell Emerald Organics and Hügel Grown products to meet or exceed sales goals.

    •    Manage and optimize product listings on the Nabis wholesale platform to boost visibility and sales.

    •    Conduct product demonstrations, provide samples, and educate dispensary buyers about our products.

    •    Act as a brand ambassador, emphasizing sustainability, regenerative farming, and community-focused practices.

    •    Collect and report customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

    •    Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional events and campaigns.

    •    Maintain accurate sales records and communicate regularly with the management team.

Physical Requirements

   •    Ability to travel throughout your designated territory (North, Central, or South California).

    •    Must have reliable transportation for dispensary visits and deliveries of samples or promotional materials.

    •    Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds for product samples and marketing materials.

Experience

•    Proven sales experience in the cannabis industry or a strong network in the California cannabis market.

    •    Familiarity with the Nabis platform and wholesale cannabis sales preferred.

    •    Knowledge of cannabis products, California cannabis regulations, and compliance requirements.

    •    Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    •    Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.

    •    Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid California ID.

Education

  •    High school diploma or equivalent required.

    •    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
