How you'll make a difference
- As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering cannabis products to customers.
- Safely operate a delivery van or vehicle to transport packages to designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any incidents or discrepancies
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Maintains organization of Cannabis inventory within the facility
- Assists in the maintenance of the digital and physical tracking of all Cannabis inventory within the dispensary
- Performs the input of data into Biotrack system and maintains online menu as outlined by the Dispensary Manager
- Assists in the digital and physical tracking of all retail inventory in the facility
- Assists in the maintenance of analysis reports on external product and communicates needs to the Dispensary Manager
- Assists in conducting weekly inventory counts and audits within the facility. Investigates inventory discrepancies or issues until to determine cause and resolution.
- Support workflow and customer service needs of dispensary by performing dispensary technician responsibilities as needed
- Operates as dispensary technician providing customer support with increased volume/demand as needed
- Analyzes data to anticipate future needs of Cannabis inventory, finished products, and hard goods inventory. Report findings to Dispensary Manager
- Assists with requirements to remain compliant to all applicable regulations, as it relates to Cannabis inventory
- Adheres to state and company policies, following appropriate Standard Operating Procedure according to assigned task
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining delivery records
- Other duties as assigned.
- Attend work regularly as scheduled.
Skills to be Successful
- Work history showing progressive responsibility, willingness to accept additional projects or challenges.
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must pass a state/federal CORI check
