What You'll Do:

Take the lead in tablet production-from dispensing and milling to blending, compression, and coating.
Operate machinery like a pro, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-quality results.
Crush production goals without compromising on quality and compliance.
Keep a sharp eye on products with meticulous in-process checks to guarantee only the best makes it through.
Keep machines running smoothly-disassemble, clean, and reassemble like a boss.
Train new operators, sharing your expertise on processes, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and tackle any operational hiccups like a true problem-solver.

Who You Are:

High School diploma or equivalent (bonus points for vocational training!).
At least 1 year of machine operator experience (preferably in a related industry).
Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Mechanical and technical savvy with an eye for detail and strong documentation skills.
Open to learning-we'll train you in everything you need to master our tablet manufacturing process.
