:

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory of all Cannabis products by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State of Illinois.
  • Track sale of all products as they leave the facility.
  • Ensure tracking logs for Inventory is accurately documented.
  • Co-ordinate with Inventory Manager to order supplies for the department in a timely fashion.
  • Conducts regular duties in a manner that demonstrates clear understanding and the importance of inventory controls.
  • Conducts audits on a regular basis for final product vault, as well as other departments as needed.
  • Properly maintains their area in BioTrack, Dutchie & sales platform as product enters and exits department.
  • Immediately report any discrepancies to the Inventory Manager for further action, if it cannot be resolved within a 24-hour period.
  • Timely and accurately completes order fulfillment, labeling and packing according to manager direction.
  • Performs quality checks on all orders prior to final delivery.
  • Assist in monitoring BioTrack & Dutchie across the facility for discrepancies & reporting them to the Inventory Manager.
  • Assists with the loading of adult use and medical marijuana products into storage cages and/or company owned transport vehicle
  • Partners with the Inventory Manager/Wholesale Team to confidentially facilitate on time, safe and compliant transport of adult use and medical marijuana products from our facility to operational dispensaries across the state.
  • Oversees all outbound transfers, ensuring that all delivery routes and manifests/invoices are accurate and sent to necessary points of contact.
  • Works closely with the Compliance team to ensure that all logistics and transport regulations are consistently met.
  • Ensures accuracy in all aspects of Dutchie/BioTrack manifest generation.
  • Uses Samsara to coordinate routes for efficient delivery processes.
  • Works closely with the Wholesale team to ensure that all customer points of contact are accurate and updated regularly.
  • Motivates team members and helps to maintain team morale.
  • Helps to maintain accurate records of counts, completed orders, returns, etc.
  • May support other departments when need arises.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience. An Associate's Degree preferred
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience leading a team preferreed
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to effectively plan and prioritize.
  • Extensive math skills required for inventory, projections, measurements, calculations.
  • Skill in managing physical resources (budgeting, inventories, equipment, materials)
  • Ability to focus, Strong attention to detail.
  • Work history showing progressive responsibility, willingness to accept additional projects or challenges
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, warehousing, data entry, accounting or related field - Required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Computers and Technology

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically with Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of computer and office equipment and programs
