I. PLANNING AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

TACTICAL PLANNING & EXECUTION:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and task lists for 2D marketing assets, including print and digital materials.
  • Develop and manage workflows using project management tools like JIRA to ensure campaigns are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

STAKEHOLDER & WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT:

  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager, Creative Lead and cross-functional teams to define deliverables, allocate resources, and align efforts with campaign objectives.
  • Act as the central point of contact for 2D marketing execution, coordinating efforts across Brand, Product, Wholesale, Creative, and Compliance teams, fostering a collaborative environment built on trust and clear communication.
  • Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks to maintain smooth and efficient workflows.

II.

CAMPAIGN EXECUTION AND ASSET ENABLEMENT

CAMPAIGN EXECUTION AND DELIVERY:

  • Oversee the production and delivery of 2D marketing assets for a variety of activations, including pop-ups, trade shows, brand campaigns, digital content, and product launches, ensuring seamless alignment across all channels.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, and are aligned with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and market-specific regulatory requirements.

ASSET PRODUCTION AND ENABLEMENT:

  • Manage relationships with internal and external content creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, brand-compliant assets.
  • Distribute 2D marketing materials using platforms like Lingo and Canva, ensuring accessibility and timely support for campaigns, product launches, and activations.

III. PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING:

  • Track, compile, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing channels, providing actionable insights to stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Deliver performance reports with data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI).

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that increase efficiency and improve scalability.

Skills to be Successful

:

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
    • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent in experience)
    • 5+ years of experience in campaign, program, and creative operations management within a marketing organization, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or cannabis industries.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
    • Proven expertise in creative operations, including asset production, resource allocation, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, Lingo).
    • Familiarity with compliance requirements in regulated industries; knowledge of State Cannabis Marketing regulations preferred.
    • Strong understanding of wholesale and retail marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • ATTRIBUTES
    • Proven expertise in creative operations, including asset production, resource allocation, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, Lingo).
    • Familiarity with compliance requirements in regulated industries; knowledge of State Cannabis Marketing regulations preferred.
    • Strong understanding of wholesale and retail marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
    • Occasional travel to dispensaries/manufacturing facility may be required.
