Director of Finance

About you:

• You have a strong desire to drive our financial operations forward through continuous and thorough analysis of all finance functions, including but not limited to reporting, forecasting, risk assessment, employee development, compliance, and more
• You're a key partner to senior leadership, guiding them using your expertise in budget creation and management
• You have an In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
• You have an analytical mind and know how to identify and navigate financial risks and opportunities
• You can create and implement strategic and specific financial policies as it related to business needs
• You value a well developed team and invest in the continued development of finance team members
• You know how to break down 'the big picture' into monthly reporting, including forecasting, budgeting, variances, and more.
• You know how to guide senior leadership in understanding and utilizing weekly, monthly, and yearly financials to drive the business forward.
• You develop and oversee treasury functions and banking relationships
• Possess a solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Familiar with cash management including check and ACH processing, and Balance Sheet management
• 5+ years of proven experience as director of finance or similar role
• Proficient in the use of spreadsheets, presentations, other office suite applications and also financial management software (e.g. Quickbooks)
