- Accounts payable management and accounting
- Vendor management
- Treasury management and accounting
- Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
- Audit assistance
- General ledger reconciliations
- Expense reimbursement management
- Process improvements and documentation
- Inter-co billings, allocations, and reconciliations
- Assist with the year-end external audits and interim reviews
- Exposure to M&A activities
People Management
- Hires, trains, and develops assigned staff in accordance with company policies, practices, and procedures
- Conducts regular meetings with assigned employees to assess goal, objective, and task performance
- Proactively identifies and implements developmental opportunities for assigned staff
- Supports building an inclusive culture where employees thrive, and organizational goals are achieved.
- Leads, manages, and develops a high-performing team through effective communication, empowerment, and coaching and development techniques.

- Hires, trains, and develops assigned staff in accordance with company policies, practices, and procedures
Skills to be Successful
:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts payable or similar operational accounting function
- Bright, quick learner, self-motivated
- Strong knowledge of Accounting
- An understanding of financial reporting systems, procedures, and controls
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and prioritization capabilities
