Summary

SUMMARY OF ROLE
Responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels, conducting regular audits,
intake, and logging of new arriving shipments. including tracking stock levels, optimizing
storage, and managing inventory records.   They are responsible for maintaining the
workflow and prioritization of goods to be produced for sale based on the system and
FIFO production schedule.  They also assist in maintaining inventory levels of
components and packaging used to produce finished goods, keeping the Supply Chain
team updated with regular audits and alerts of low-supply items.  They coordinate
closely with Formulation, Production, Distribution and Supply Chain.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following but other

duties may be assigned):

 Reports Inventory Stock levels to Production Team and Management to ensure
efficiency
 Continuously monitors finished goods inventory.
 Update information in our vendor management system
 Processes purchase orders to generate bills of ladings for the warehouse.
 Communicate with the warehouse regarding inventory.
 Notifies sales and supply chain teams of shipment or inventory shortages before
shipment.
 Communicate with carriers regarding the status of shipments.
 Generates necessary shipment paperwork as requested by the customer.
 Processes documentation and delivers it to the correct department.
 Manages State Compliance System (Dutchie)
 Responsible for managing our Storefront (Leaflink) for Retailers and Mfused
Sales Team
 Preforms End of Month Inventory Counts as well as provides list of variances for
Inventory Manager
 Tasks listed above are subject to change per Companies needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

 High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus).
 Proven experience in fulfillment management within the cannabis industry, with a
strong track record of successful operations.
 Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
 Self-Starter attitude that can prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day
 Must have a valid driver’s license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
