What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance, training, and ongoing development for the team.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Educate members about product options, effects, and benefits to help them make informed choices.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing cannabis dispensary operations.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
• Address and resolve any member issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with management to find effective solutions to operational challenges.

What You'll Bring:

• You must have had an active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state in which you are applying within the past five (5) years and is or was in good standing at the time their registration lapsed.
• At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in coaching and training team members to achieve their best.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with state regulations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
