The Role
Responsibilities
- Support Manager, Sales Operations on any and/all initiatives and responsibilities, as needed, across our sales systems, business analysis, forecasting, incentive compensation and leadership reporting
- Act as lead point of contact for sales analytics requests, improvements and troubleshooting
- Responsible for processing orders to ensure on-time delivery, checking orders/invoices and confirming manifests
- Coordinate and manage accounts receivables in a timely fashion
- Create, manage, optimize and maintain records, reports, dashboards, workflows and sales process best practices
- Build and maintain key operational reporting and streamline ad-hoc reporting
- Continuously review and make recommendations for current processes and programs, to ensure efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in sales, business operations, or analytics role preferred
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables etc for easy turn-key sales use
- Experience in an inside sales role or supporting role preferred
- Previous experience with Salesforce.com or sales software systems is highly preferred
- Experience building documentation for processes and systems
- Develop and improve the sales process to maximize output and efficiency
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal, written), with the ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
- Possesses a high level of critical thinking
- Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information
Additional Requirements
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be approved b y state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
