About the Role:

What You'll Do:

• Security System Oversight: Manage installation, maintenance, and upgrades of security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and fire safety.
• Training & Development: Implement security training programs and provide ongoing development for employees and security personnel.
• Investigations: Lead investigations into lost cash, inventory shrinkage, and security incidents, collaborating with law enforcement and internal teams.
• Budget Management: Develop and monitor the security budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and identifying savings opportunities.
• Help Desk Management: Oversee the security help desk ticket system, ensuring timely issue resolution and collaboration with IT.
• Vendor Management: Select, manage, and assess security guard vendors to maintain high training and performance standards.
• Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency plans, coordinating with authorities to ensure safety during critical incidents.
• Policy & Compliance: Enforce security policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct audits for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, asset protection, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, technology, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including safety and security standards.

• Preferred bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field.
