Responsibilities
Account Management and Engagement:
- Implement in-store strategies that maximize product visibility, enhance merchandising impact, and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct regular store visits to build trust, assess operational needs, and provide hands-on support that directly impacts sales performance.
- Collaborate with store owners and managers to develop and implement customized sales and marketing plans that drive revenue growth.
- Provide on-the-ground support to optimize product placement, ensure compliance with store merchandising standards, and train retail staff on best practices.
- Monitor store-level sales data and inventory trends to proactively recommend restocks, promotional adjustments, and product reorders.
- Drive seasonal campaigns, co-branded promotions, and in-store activations that expand market share, deepen customer loyalty, and accelerate revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop a deep understanding of client operations, including accounting, inventory management, and the market landscape, to provide data-driven recommendations that improve efficiency and revenue.
- Leverage industry platforms and data tools (LeafLink, Outfield CRM, Google Sheets) to identify sales opportunities, optimize B2C performance, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Analyze cross-platform sales data to refine product development strategies, streamline SKU onboarding, and identify market expansion opportunities, ensuring clients capitalize on consumer demand and drive sustained revenue growth.
- Guide clients in making informed business decisions, including SKU selection, inventory forecasting, and pricing strategies, to drive long-term profitability.
- Advise on market positioning and competitive differentiation, helping clients align their business objectives with Breeze Canna’s product portfolio.
- Support clients in implementing digital and operational efficiencies, ensuring they are leveraging the right technology and analytics to scale their businesses effectively
Revenue Growth:
- Own the execution of strategic account plans, aligning marketing initiatives, merchandising strategies, and financial targets to increase revenue and optimize account profitability.
- Leverage client feedback, performance analytics, and real-time market data to develop strategies that improve sales velocity, increase customer retention, and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure all growth strategies maintain brand integrity while delivering measurable results for clients.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional coordination between clients and Breeze Canna’s accounting, distribution, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing to co-develop campaigns that align with client needs and the brand’s objectives, ensuring seamless execution.
- Facilitate feedback loops by communicating client insights to internal teams, helping shape product innovations and marketing strategies.
- Participate in internal strategy sessions to align account plans with company-wide growth and market objectives.
Brand and Market Development:
- Represent Breeze Canna at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and foster positive perceptions.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and community stakeholders to extend the brand’s reach in ways that align with client and company objectives.

Experience
- Age and Compliance: Must be at least 21 years of age and adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales or account management experience in a regulated industry (e.g., cannabis, alcohol, pharmaceuticals). Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the cannabis industry, including products, strains, consumption methods, market trends, and compliance requirements, is highly advantageous.
- Retail and Wholesale Sales Expertise: Proven experience in retail or wholesale sales within highly regulated industries, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue and enhancing client partnerships.
- Data-Driven Marketing and Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, leverage CRM platforms (e.g., Outfield CRM, LeafLink), and identify trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Strategic Thinking: A track record of developing and executing client-specific growth strategies, incorporating data insights and market trends to drive results.
