Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating all installation, maintenance, and repair work
• Oversee team of maintenance technicians and oversee inventory control for both machine parts and tools
• Responsible for facility maintenance inventory control, to include
  • Replacement parts
  • Miscellaneous shop items needed for repairs, maintenance and cleaning
  • Tools
• Training of new hires
• Shift supervising of technicians
• Working with the manager to develop facility specific SOPs
• Assist with repairs and maintenance
• Scheduling day-to-day work
• Foster a workplace that upholds Holistic Industries' aim to be the Best Place to Work, Shop and Invest in Cannabis
• Other duties as assigned, or any reasonable request from any member of management

General:

• Regulations require that incumbent be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain marijuana work credentials - applicable marijuana licensing regulations may disqualify individuals with certain criminal convictions.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED with over 2 years' experience.
• Advanced technical skills in a maintenance specialty preferred

Technological Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Professional demeanor, strong work ethic
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
