Integrated Marketing Senior Specialist

About you:

• You have a passion for innovation in marketing.
• You have experience in the wellness, cannabis, or CPG industries.

• You have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, programmatic, etc.) and leveraging analytics to optimize performance.
• You excel at interpreting data, identifying trends, and using insights to drive decisions that improve ROI and performance across campaigns.
• You're a problem solver who can develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals, particularly around customer acquisition and lead generation.
• You work well across departments, providing strategic insights and working with creative, content, and sales teams to drive business results.
• You're proficient with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and digital advertising dashboards. Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, Klayvio, and Looker Studio is a plus.
